I hereby authorize Aint–Bad, to display the media that I have provided by digital format, in connection with Aint–Bad and Aint–Bad’s email newsletters and social media accounts. It is my understanding that Aint–Bad will determine whether or not to display any or all of the works that I have submitted. I authorize Aint–Bad to charge my bank card for the amount listed on the submissions page with the knowledge that payment does not guarantee the publishing of my works. Any and all submissions fees paid are non-refundable.

By submitting these photographs to Aint–Bad, I authorize that these are original works of art that I personally created. Any photographs sent to Aint–Bad are sent with the understanding that any photographs submitted may be published via electronic or other media without compensation.

I am releasing Aint–Bad and its co-editors from any liability regarding the display of work that I have submitted to them, including any liability for redisplay by individuals making copies of the display made by Aint–Bad. Although all reasonable care will be exercised, Aint–Bad cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged artwork.

That being stated, the site will state the following notice:
