Marion Berrin ( b. 1982 ) is a self-taught French photographer based in Paris, who only shoots on film. Through her work, she tries to evoke rather than describe. She has been part of exhibitions in Portland, Maine, Hyères, and Dusseldorf. Her work has been published in online platforms such as Booooooom, This is Paper Magazine, Obscura Magazine, B Magazine and others. Today we share her series titled Le Berceau des Illusions.

“This series was shot in the Parisian suburbs in the summer of 2014. It can be seen as a topographic study of an eerie place, as well as a play with patterns, lights, and colors that lead to a certain abstraction of language.”
