COLD AIR RUNS GREAT
Some of the beautiful things where I live in Mississippi are starting to disappear. The passage of every second knocks a fraction of a glow out of the only remaining neon signs, peels another inch of paint from the wall of a soul food restaurant, and covers a bumper with rust. The act of photographing with instant film preserves a moment in time that would otherwise be lost.
